The next step in our journey

First off Braylee did get discharged from the hospital the day after she was admitted.  We are giving her breathing treatments when she needs them, which hasn't been very often.  She is doing better and better each day! We sure are having a hard time with her helmet. Every time we work our way up to wearing it all day, everyday then something happens (fever, swollen lymph node etc) and we have to take it off. Hopefully we have her in it again by the end of the week.
We had an appointment with Shriners Monday 3-4-13 to determine when we will be doing surgery on her hands. The anesthesiologist there said it would be safer for B if we waited until after her cleft palate was fixed and she was around 1 year of age. So we are planning on doing that surgery in August sometime. Her cleft will be done around 9-12 months of age.
She is the happiest baby ever, even when she is sick. :-)

She loves her puppy!
